Obtaining Your Grades for the Term
Grades are available via My.Southwest approximately one week after the end of the semester.
Any student may initiate an appeal of any current grade within six months after the conclusion of the semester in which the grade was earned.
Southwest Tennessee Community College is custodian for the academic transcripts of the closed institutions of Shelby State Community College and State Technical Institute at Memphis. Transcripts of closed institutions are static and cannot be adjusted in any way.
