The Macon Cove Campus, one of two main campuses, is located off the I-40 and I-240 expressways in the eastern part of the city.

The campus has state-of-the-art facilities including a 106,000 square-foot two-story Academic Building and the two-story Bert Bornblum Library.

The campus serves as home for a majority of technology programs offered by Southwest including; Automotive, Computer, Engineering and other technical programs. Macon Cove is also home of the Southwest Culinary Institute and Corporate and Continuing Education programs.

Macon Cove's 100-acre campus offers a suburban ambiance, enhanced by a quiet lake that provides year-round habitat to flocks of ducks and other waterfowl.
