Electronic Transcript Requests
If you are a current student, you can order electronic transcripts online through the National Student Clearinghouse or by clicking the link above. Electronic transcript requests are processed right away. Transcripts sent to Tennessee Board of Regents institutions are free. All other transcript requests will have a $2.50 – $3.50 service fee. Please be sure to record your order confirmation number after placing your order.
Paper Transcript Requests
If you are a current student who needs a paper transcripts sent on your behalf, request that transcript through your My.Southwest student portal.

Are you a former student who attended Southwest in 2008 or beyond? You can order electronic transcripts online through the National Student Clearinghouse by clicking the link above. Electronic transcript requests are processed right away. Requests will have a $2.50 – $3.50 service fee. Please be sure to record your order confirmation number after placing your order.
Paper Transcript Requests
Did you attend Southwest Tennessee Community College before 2008, Shelby State Community College or State Technical Institute at Memphis? You can request a paper transcripts by creating a free account through our secure online processing system, Dynamic Forms.
- Access the paper transcript form.
- Select “Create New Account.”
- Complete the form to create a Dynamic Forms account.
- After submitting, check the inbox of the email address you used when creating your account. The email from Dynamic Forms will have a subject line stating "Activate Your Account." You also might need to check your SPAM folder.
- Click on the link in the email to activate your Dynamic Forms account. After clicking on the link, you will be directed to complete your transcript request.
Notice: During the COVID-19 health crisis, paper transcripts are processed only on Tuesdays. As a result, please allow 7–10 days for processing.
Paper transcript requests are generally processed within 2–3 business days. However, during peak periods (registration, end of term or graduation), please allow at least five business days for your request to be processed.
If you have a financial hold on your account, your transcript will not be released until the debt has been paid. Please contact the Cashier’s Office for help with payments. After the debt and hold have been cleared, please resubmit your transcript request.
