Welcome to The Pantry!
The Pantry is a vital resource dedicated to supporting Southwest students who are facing food insecurity and financial challenges. It provides perishable and non-perishable food items to help ensure that no student has to choose between their education and their next meal.
Southwest proudly established The Pantry in August 2024 through a generous $35,000 donation from Kroger’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste Foundation, which is deeply committed to creating communities where hunger and waste are eradicated, paving the way for a brighter future.
At Southwest, we understand that a student's ability to learn and thrive is significantly
impacted by their access to basic necessities. By addressing the critical need for
food, The Pantry enables students to focus on their studies without the distraction
of hunger, empowering them to succeed academically and beyond.
