The Office of Student Success' Peer Mentor Program pairs first-time-freshmen with an experienced student to help guide them through their first semester at Southwest. Having someone who has “been there, done that” to support you in your first semester can be beneficial. See the options below if you are interested in getting a Peer Mentor or becoming a Peer Mentor.

- Have you completed 12 credit hours at Southwest?
- Do you have an Institution Combined GPA of 3.0+?
- Do you want to gain relevant professional experience at an on-campus job?
- Do you want to get paid to assist students?
