Schedule an Advising Appointment

You can request an advising appointment in one of the following ways:

Slate

To make appointments with your advisor, please visit our new appointment scheduling portal—Slate

1. Log in using your Southwest username and password
2. Click on “Make an appointment” under your Advisor’s name.
3. Select a date and time that works best for you and click “Continue to schedule appointment.”
4. Fill out the form and click “Submit.”
5. You will receive a confirmation email to your Southwest email address.
