Institutional Planning: Charters
Project Charters provide a documented agreement that defines expectations for the scope, timeframe, and deliverables of a project. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness supports the process of continuous improvement at Southwest Community College and is committed to working with the divisions to impact change through the creation and management of project charters.
The IE team can assist with the development of a department charter and associated project timelines. Throughout implementation and completion the team will provide continual support with monthly meetings and the assistance of the Campus Labs planning tool.
Project Charter requests must be accompanied by a letter of support from the Southwest Tennessee Community College President Dr. Tracy Hall or the Vice President of the respective division.
