Dr. Sherria King Selected for the TBR Chancellor's Fellowship
Dr. Sherria King, Dean of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Mathematics, has been selected
as a participant in the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) 2025-2026 Chancellor’s Fellowship.
This prestigious leadership development program is designed to prepare higher education professionals for future leadership roles within the TBR system through engagement in high-level projects, collaboration with senior leaders, and insights into institutional governance.
The fellowship, led by Deanna Morris-Stacey, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Programs and Leadership, focuses on equipping fellows with the skills to drive transformative change and innovation in education. It begins June 12 and offers participants the opportunity to expand their leadership capabilities and network with like-minded professionals across Tennessee.
Dr. King expressed her gratitude and enthusiasm for the opportunity, stating, “I am deeply honored, humbled, and excited to be selected for the 2025-2026 Chancellor’s Fellowship.
