Faculty and staff - For support using classroom and office technology, including computers, printers, or other devices, call the Help Desk at 901-333-4357 (HELP), choose option 4.

After hours support for Faculty and staff is only available during the semester.

TN eCampus Help Desk

If you experience trouble logging in to the D2L Learning Management System, resetting your password or viewing content in your course, contact the Technical Support Help Desk team.

The walk-in help desk provides students and faculty access to technical support delivered with a personal touch. In person technical support is available at our Macon Cove campus location. We offer support with the following problems:

  • E-mail Accounts
  • Microsoft Application Suites
  • Wireless Network Access
