Working Remotely: Voicemail

Checking Voicemail Messages Off Premise

  • Dial 901-333-5600. You will hear a greeting.
  • To bypass greeting, dial 9 + Ext. number
  • Enter your security code. This would be the same code you use at a Southwest location.
  • Listen to your messages.

Call Forwarding – All Calls

  • Lift the handset or press the "Speaker" button to receive a dial tone.
  • Press "forward all button" (or # 2).
  • Dial the extension to receive forwarded calls or dial 9+number.
  • Replace the handset or press the "Speaker" button.

To Cancel Call Forwarding – All Calls

  • Lift the handset or press the "Speaker" button.
  • Press the forward all button (or * 2)
  • Forwarding is canceled.
