Carrico and Benson named All-TCCAA

Southwest Tennessee Community College freshman goalkeeper Maria Carrico and sophomore midfielder Micah Benson were named first team All-TCCAA (Tennessee Community College Athletic Association) after leading the Lady Saluqis to a third-place regular season finish in the conference.
Carrico, a two-time TCCAA Goalkeeper of the Week, started all 17 games this fall, ranked second in the TCCAA with 148 saves and was third with a .771 save percentage. Benson also started all 17 games this fall, led the Lady Saluqis with 22 shots on goal, and ranked second on the team with four goals, two assists, 10 points and 26 shots.
