Data Summit Recap
By Tameka Perry
Thank you to everyone who joined us on Nov. 7, 8 and 9 for the 2023 Data Summit hosted by our new AVP of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness, Erica Hughes. The summits were informative and engaging sessions that piqued our interest in disaggregating data and how it can be used in various ways at the College. From determining who is our typical student to evaluating what support our students need to move from part-time to full-time to determining where the largest populations of our students live, we found very interesting and useful information in the summits.
Take time to acquaint yourself with the College’s Factbook.
You will surely find data points you can use to inform your decisions. Check it out soon!
