New Year, New You!

Ready for a brand new you in 2021? Let Southwest help you reach your fitness goals with free virtual cardio and strength training sessions by Odie Tolbert of Cardi-O FiTness.
The fitness sessions are offered each month to full-time and part-time employees through the Human Resources and Grants Management’s Transforming Lives for Better Health Program.
Tolbert’s workouts teach you how to perform exercises that use your own body weight. The monthly sessions will continue until June 2021, so stay tuned to your Southwest email for links to each month’s schedule.
