Administrative forum highlights Southwest’s safety services

Members of Southwest’s administrative services team spotlighted their many services during a college-wide forum on April 4, 2024 at the Whitehaven Campus. Led by Michael Boyd, associate vice president for administrative services and chief information officer, the department ‘s services include administration, information technology and police services and public safety.
One of the hot topics presented was campus safety. Chief of police services and public safety, Earnest Greenleaf, outlined the College’s current safety measures and those that are in the process of being implemented.
The forum also focused on crucial topics such as cyber security, online safety and artificial intelligence. Presenters also shared information about the latest upgrades to campus facilities.
